The set is made of solid maple with galvanized corner joints. Playing and deck surfaces are apple veneered. With this version we consciously avoid external fittings. The handle is milled, the hinges are hidden. This gives backgammon something elegant and puristic.

Contrasting light and black fields are intricately inlaid into the backgammon playing field. To create a harmonious overall picture, the fields are rounded off. The game contains light and dark wooden playing pieces, as well as two wooden dice that fit into the inner compartments of the case. All corners and edges are rounded, so every game feels good.
The surfaces are varnished with open pores, which keeps the wood character lively and noticeable.
The choice of veneers is especially important for broadcasting a game. We ensure that the top veneer reflects the properties of the wood type, so that every game remains unique.
We consciously choose quieter veneers for the interior surfaces to create a bright playing surface that highlights the beautiful inlay.
Made in Germany: We have been producing our 3rd generation backgammon games in our own workshop in Germany for over 70 years. For this reason, we have skilled employees who have studied wood technology and who understand and love their profession. We are happy to be the only company that produces these games by hand in Germany. We also obtain the playing pieces and dice for our backgammon from companies that produce in Germany.
